Senses and anxiety

An in-session trending topic with my clients has been for several years now the art of mindfulness, that is, the importance -and need- of grounding and enjoying the little moments.

By being able to do it, our wellbeing is secured. However, as you read this you might be thinking 'It's easier said than done'. Well, try to stick to your senses, these will lead you to the door of a present time that can help to reduce anxiety every time you need it.

My yesterday here and now pic included: my reading (sight), the sunshine on my face (touch), my dog snoring (hear), the asado my husband made for lunch (taste) and the wood cooling down afterwards (smell).

Glorious day :)

How about yours?
